No, commissions are only paid once your home sells. There are no upfront costs to you when you list your home with us.
Buyers agents typically show anywhere from 5-100 homes over the course of helping their client find the perfect home. We believe that buyers agents work very hard and they should be fairly compensated for their services. We suggest a minimum of 2.5% commission be paid to the co-operating broker at closing. If you choose to offer less than 2.5% there is a chance the buyer's agent will not show your property because the commission is too low.
There is a $195 transaction fee that is paid at closing when your home sells. This fee covers administrative costs incurred with each transaction. We strive to offer the lowest transaction fees around, you notice that other companies charge $395 or more per transaction.
Since you only charges a 1% listing fee does this mean that I will also receive less services compared to a traditional real estate agency that charges 3%?+
